Thats a lot of toiletries :D
Glad you've got a lot of it sorted.
Yes, its great coming on here everybody understands about why you want to be debt free.
I like your plan for veg and chickens. We have veg but no chickens yet. Do pop over to my diary if you like - there's lots of us want veg & chickens on there :)
Some days it's only my plans and dreams for the future that keep me going.
Have a good day. We're off to the car boot sale in a mo - haven't been in ages.
    xx
  • Well done on getting the spare room organised and wow to all those toiletries, at least it will save you some money by using those instead of buying.

Goodluck today getting everything on ebay, it is time consuming but does get addictive.

Oh had a couple of hospital appointments yesterday so it was a long day by the time we got home and had some tea.
Got 20 items put on ebay on sunday and a couple have bids so all excited about that. Had a look at the OS forum and found so great ideas for xmas presents so will start some of them now.

Today I am going to rearrange the living room were OH sits alot of the time and put a bookcase beside his chair as he reads most of the time and has lots of books and mags. We will go through each book to see if he still wants it or not then have a good tidy up. My I do live a exciting life.:D
I only bought milk and oranges yesterday on the way home as that was all we needed.
Raining and dark here this morning feels like winter is on the way.
    Will be back later.

Living room is sorted bookshelf is moved closer to the chair Oh sits in and all books are sorted . Small table beside chair with radio, remotes for TV and enough room for cup and small plate. So OH is all sorted and it looks much tider and cleaner. A few books for CH.
Going to have a late lunch now and maybe read for an hour or so as we have had a very busy few days and feeling tired.
    Will be back later

Yes, I agree with this. As you know I keep mine on my diary here which is even more of an incentive not to waste money. I don't want people on here telling me off :naughty:.
Glad ebay is going well and you've been getting things sorted xx

Tired here too (getting over a cold), hope you're feeling better quickly.
    Good news about ebay xx
  • Hello kimsmum, welcome to the forum :) It's terrifying when you add it all up isn't it. Hugely well done on your first few ebaying/decluttering days! Mine are coming in September when I go back to my mum's and raid her loft.. I'll channel you for inspiration! Anyway just wanted to say hello - I joined a couple of weeks ago and we seem to have similar levels of debt so we're starting our journey together!

  • Oh hang on, I meant *my* debt is similar to yours, but that doesn't include my OH's, while you're dealing with yours combined. Right. I feel a bit silly now.. looks like you'll be here for half the time I will then! :P still, hi all the same :) *subscribing*
