Phoned and upped my electricity payment. It wasn't high enough and I'll be in major arrears after winter!

Used up the reduced price mince I bought and put portions in the freezer.

Cooked up a huge pot of pork, veg and beans, lentils to make enough lovely stew for OH to take to work next four nights. Also made him sarnies with reduced rolls from asda - so that's him sorted for meals at work - no spend style.

    Checked all internet banking.

Got another 3 £2 coins to add to my total.

Spent an hour looking at books on amazon, added a few to my shopping basket but logged off without buying. :D If I still want them in a couple of days I will go back on but up to now I am resisting the temptation as I have far too many books already.

Picked up another birthday pressie in the sales.

    Nothing else today.

Have you tried searching through your library to see if they have the books, I think all have an online search and order facitlity now, or maybe charity shop, or even a second hand book store/stall where maybe you could trade some old ones in ?

Another 2 for me, used Bicarb for cleaning/deoderising, and tried sodacrystals/soap nuts in washing machine.
One day I might be more organised...........

Small thing for me today: I needed the toilet while I was in the city, so I walked down to the university campus and used theirs. A little cheeky, perhaps, but I am an alumni; I'm entitled to the toilets, surely :D

Not much today I'm afraid- just Quidco and Pigsback. Also took a couple of sheets of kitchen towel with me to use as tissues instead of buying one of those little handbag packs- maybe that could count!
