Hi has anynone tried buying 6 of the Villa Garducci they are 4.99 each or 3 for £12, could anyone tell me how much this would cost minus the discounts?

    TIA

Thank you but doesnt the discount come off the original price as in the 4.99 x 3 makes it 15 for 3 bottles, or does it come off the offer price?

  • Just been to Tesco and bought 8 bottles of wine plus another bottle with my meal deal. Unfortunately the checkout assistant did not scan the £9.99 meal deal bottle so I did not recieve the £2.49 discount for that bottle. Gutted! Meal deal came to exactly £10 without the wine. Will have to open a bottle to drown my sorrows!
  • Hi all

Just back from Mr T's......sent daughter to till with
    6x Blossom Hill @ £4.69 = £27.90 - £6.98 wine discount = £20.92 AND got £7 off when you spend £50 :)

    THEN

I went right behind her and got

    Tesco Finest Tempranillo x 2 @ £7.79 = £15.58
    Tesco Finest Garnacha x 4 @ £7.79 = £31.16
    Tesco Finest cotes x 4 @ £7.79 = £31.16
    Tesco Finest Malbec x 2 @ £7.79 = £15 15
    Total £93.50

    Plus other shopping Total £135.60
    wines discount 2 for £10 = £33.48
    wine discount = £23.37
    other shopping discount £6.30
    Total discount - £63.15
Then £7 off £50 spend ( from daughter)

    So total shopping £135.60 - £70 discounts = £65.50 to pay :)

    less 2 for £10 £29.48
    less £15 first time order
    less TCB £5.05

    = £17.58 plus postage £5 grand total £22.58
    therefore £1.88 per bottle

    Think you do 6x4.99=29.94
    x25%=7.49
    3 for £12=24-7.49=£16.51 to pay
    making it £2.75p per bottle

You're welcome! Sounds about right but a little tipsy tbh! I wouldn't highly recommend the Palamino - it's ok but not worth the original selling price of £7 odd. I think that that San Antonio Valley Sav Blanc will be the best of the bunch for the whites within the 2 for £10 (going on past experience) so think will stock up on more of that tomorow (only got 2 of the Palamino and really Mr T has more or less paid me to taste it so not too disheartened!) I'm so happy that over 10,000 have looked at my little thread and are getting their bargains ( tho not so happy that last time I looked only 17 had thanked me :( - but then I am as guilty as the next person for dashing out the door to get said bargain and forgetting to hit the "thankyou" button :o)

The rose sparkling are 3 for £12 or 4.99 each and the silver bay is 2 for £5 or 3.49 each. I was going to get 1 lot of rose and 2 lots of silver bay making it £22.00 before discounts.
