Can't find it. Do you have a link?0

I found it but the link is massive and didn't work when I copied it, I think as it is only part way through selecing the order do they offer you extras to chose from. To find : Go to vodafone website and when you select a phone and price plan it gives you option to add extras including insurance (£6.99), multimedia messages (£3), inclusive 0800, 0845 and 0870 calls (£3)
This is copied from the site:
"Find you make a lot of calls to 0800, 0845 or 0870 numbers like help lines or utility companies?
Add this extra to your price plan and you can use your inclusive minutes to call premium-rate numbers
Save money - a 30-minute call to a premium-rate number would normally cost you £6 - but for just £2.50, this extra lets you use your usual inclusive minutes
Talk for longer - there's no 60-minute call cap, so however long you're in a call queue for, it'll come out of your inclusive minutes with this extra. Once you've used up your inclusive minutes, you'll be charged the standard 20p a minute when calling premium-rate number
No tie-in - if you find you've stopped making as many 0800, 0845 and 0870 calls, call us or visit one of our stores to cancel this extra only £3.00 per month"0 -

Vodafone do two separate packages that include 0800, 0870 and 0845 numbers. The first one i believe is £2.50 a month and will deduct these numbers from your inclusive minutes and the second is £5 a month and instead of deducting them, you have a fair usage policy of 3000 minutes to use.0 -
Thanks jhp. My mobile contract is up for renewal and I might change network to take advantage of the packages that include 0870 and 0845 etc as many places now use these numbers as well as 0844. I do my best to avoid calling them but sometimes there is no alternative geographical number0

Don't know if it is still available to new customers, but Tesco Mobile Lite plan is 8ppm to all 08 numbers- 0800,0845,0844 and 0870 (don't know about 0871)
I think that makes it better than GiffGaff if you don't use mobile internet.0 -

Is there a link to this on their site?I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

Tesco PAYG Lite:
-- 0844 / 0845 / 0870 / 080 / 084 numbers = 8p/min (20p GiffGaff)
-- 0843 / 0871 / 0873 numbers = from 20p/min (GiffGaff same)
-- 0800 and 0500 = 8p/min (Free on GiffGaff)
So, there's not a lot between them.
For me, unlimited text and data is much more important...

Yeah the giff gaff goodbags are a good deal. But there is no doubt Tesco are cheapest for 0845/0870. But only on the 'lite' tariff.
I don't think any other network matches that. Vectone are 10ppm but they charge a relatively high 9p for a text.
Of all the others, Giff Gaff are the only network I might switch to, but the 08 charges keep putting me off.0 -

Virgin Media ('Virgin Phone') packages now include 0870 calls in your monthly (geographical call) allowance, so for 'Talk Weekends' (which is the basic 'L' package) you can call 0870 numbers for free at weekends! (This started with their 01 Aug 2011 price increases, which is why some people may not have been aware of this.)
I know that this applies to a cable landline, rather than a mobile service, but thought it worth mentioning anyway.0 -

Thats all very well but the use of 0870 numbers has dropped dramatically since revenue sharing was banned on them. Virgin Media charges to call other non geographical numbers eg 0845 are exorbitant.0
