What ATOS HCP thinks of claimants

Well said!!!!
However I would go one further and say that anyone that is found to be involved with any type of benefit fraud be it 'forgetting' to notify to outright fraud should lose all entitlement for a min of 3 years!!
We claim some benefits and are both honest to the extent that we notify every improvement of health AND lose benefit for doing so.
And what punishment for the dwp who fail to notify of a change of circumstances for a claimaint, such as failing to inform them they have failed a medical, or failing to inform them they passed?
What punishment for the DWP and ATOS when they were proven to be liars at tribunal?
What punishment would you suggest for the DWP and ATOS in my case for example, where I was having to prove my case through a 2 year battle with tribunals (including upper tribunal), then after winning, they stopped esa before re-instating IB?
Then stopped housing benefit?
Then delayed informing the council of the right circumstances (and in fact, gave them false information on multiple occassions (lied in other words)?
Meaning Im still, despite winning a 2 year battle, where the DWP 'lost' evidence and lied about previous facts (proven at tribunal to the lawyers satisfaction), and conducted a medical that was full of lies and innacuracies, am without housing benefit still?
We are talking a raft of lies, errors, attempts to pervert the cause of justice (evidence going missing, false statements about previous medicals /tribunals not existing etc, unethical innacurate medical reports etc).
Not paying me during appeal of the tribunal, leaving me to survive on crisis loans, not advising for months what help was available (ability to claim esa) etc etc.
What punishment would you suggest for the assessor, the multiple decision makers, and all others who were involved in that lot?[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -

I do think reproducing that screen shot is inflammatory and a gross intrusion btw. What about if that person decides to sue Martin for allowing it on his site?
Sue for what, publishing an image of a screen shot someone else took, of a public facebook page that the whole world with internet and a computer would have been able to see anyway?
Besides, thats the last thing they would be likely to do, it would create more publicity, which is the last thing ATOS would want.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

What you have seemingly forgotten to mention is the 'fraud' that cannot be quantified.
Those that exagerate, those that 'forget' to inform of an improvement in health, those that arrange their life and circumstances in such a way that it increases the benefits paid out.
You better tell the office of national statistics they are fired then, as obviously you know more about stats than they do.
You do realise, the stats are higher than actual benefit fraud dont you?
Because they extrapolate data to show how big the problem is likely to be across the entire claimaint set, the real fraud (known, caught) figures are TINY, only a few hundred DLA cases a year for example.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

Looks like there may be one less staff member at Atoss. Might be worth sending that screenshot to the press. Wouldn't help Atoss' cause much if their employees hold patients in that much contempt.
Seriously though - how stupid do you have to be to talk about your job on FB, and hold either the job or the people you deal with in contempt? It's asking for trouble.0 -

The screenshots have been sent all over, look at the Black Triangle site, and, also, TWO people should lose their jobs. When I used to counsel people, if I said over and over "Oh I am dealing with a bunch of idiotic low life nutters today" do you think I am the right person for the job? Not likely, I would never dream of saying that to anyone with a MI.“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0 -

What's inflammatory or grossly intrusive about it - when it's their own information (which rules out the inflammatory) which they've put onto FB (which rules out the grossly intrusive)?
They're going to sue MSE when they themselves have already released it in public themselves?
Yeah, I can see that going a long way! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I just read through the link - I couldn't get into it at first. I was going by the screenshot that's already on here, but you're right - two people.
Somehow, I think an urgent brief may be circulated across Atoss tomorrow regarding talking about their job on FB...0 -
It is absolutely NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH YOU WHAT I CLAIM, you are so nosey, wanting to know what people claim all the time, go and look in the damn mirror - and NO I do not claim those - I am talking about DWP in General, not just Atos!
You always have to PICK at everything I say, get a life! You can be seen doing it regular, I have even had PMs asking why?
You have told lies about me from day one and you do not even KNOW ME.
If you don't like the post, with the picture REPORT IT.
You just like antagonising, you have called me a fraud on more than one occasion, yet you KNOW NOTHING. Stop with your incessant bitterness.
I don't tell lies full stop. Much less about you in whom I have not a single iota of interest apart from that you insist on setting yourself up as a benefit expert but post misleading nonsense.
You are the one who proudly claims that you don't claim IB even though you are entitled to it. I have never asked what you claim. Couldn't care less actually.
I have reported the post with the screenshot.
BTW I also have had many pms suggesting that you are an AE. You certainly seem to know an awful lot about the workings of MSE for someone who has only been here a month. Still I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are a quick learner. Just wish you could learn the correct use of apostrophes.
Considering you have said on many occasions that you have me on ignore you appear to be aware of all my posts. Odd that.
Never mind but do watch your blood pressure with all this anger and shouting. This is only an internet forum you know, not real life.
Just to add I am not bitter about anything. Have a lovely life with several holidays a year, plenty of money in the bank and a guaranteed income that I rely on no one for. 4 smashing children all with excellent careers, husband of 50 years who loves me. What more could I want?0 -

Just to be sure, it is this screenshot isnt it?
Courtest of http://blacktrianglecampaign.org/ ?
Are you also bothered about the screen shots on blacktriangle about the other worker? Like this one?
again courtesy of the the same site.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
