top up tv anytime

Anyone contemplating subscribing to the new "top up anytime" service should seriously think again. I personally have had nothing but trouble with the "top up box" it is nearly impossible to contact the service people as they are permanently either "engaged" or keep you on the line "whilst they are trying to connect you" all this time on the phone is at a premium rate ie 0870 number. I did talk my neighbours into buying one of the special "boxes"-I wish I hadn`t as they also have had a lot of problems. The idea is good but the "top up equipment" is not up to the job and keeps breaking down. I have heard from others who also are having trouble and are going back to "sky" or NTL.
