    Op has 6 years to enforce it, plenty of time for the guy to build up a career as a post-grad and some wealth along with it. Leaving a CCJ unsatisfied wouldn't be a wise idea for this chap. Although I fear he will regret it since many employers now ask if you have had any CCJs made against you in the last 6 years as part of the application.

    DD has repaid me. After being with him for 5 years you think you know someone. he hurt her badly.

    We will see what happens next. I dont hold out much hope for the money but it gives me satisfaction that i have pee'd him off big time. This would never have happened if he had been reasonable and talked to me about the matter instead of giving me the finger.
