Hiya BR. Just another idea, what if we booked a table in a cheapish restaurant, such as a Pizza Express or Pizza Hut? Or can we not do this because not everyone will want to eat?

MushyPeas - speaking only from my own experience, meeting in a large group in a restaurant or similar tends to cause problems (not just talking MSE/Old Stylers here!) as people always have different requirements, not everybody will want or be able to afford to eat, and also that kind of gives us a much more rigid time frame, whereas if we meet in a pub everybody can pay for as much or as little as they want, and stay for as short or long a time as they can manage.

Im still not sure i we could make it (would have to bring my 2) and at the moment its more of a no than a yes, so i wouldnt want people inconvenienced and then find i couldnt make it!!!!

The attraction for me is that it was very easy to get to & within easy reach of the mainlien stations without having to deal with buses/tubes if you fancy a walk/know London. Personally I wouldn't want to get to the other side of London.

If we did make it adults only this time how about having a "all welcome" picnic in one of the London parks in the summer or something to make up for it?

Doesn't affect me as I don't have children. I'll go along with whatever is decided - but please try and chose a place that is easy to find... I don't go to London very often and don't know my way around at all! :o

I like this idea a lot. Any thoughts from anybody else?

By the way, I will post a comprehensive list of how to get there from any London terminal by either bus or tube :)
