    Bumpity Bump!!

    Hello everyone

I thought I'd give this a wee nudge up to the top of the page again. I've had a read through to refresh my memory - we could have as many as 35 people coming along!! Wow it's going to be fantastic! The pub is apparently very large, so anybody else who wants to come is of course very welcome - as are OHs, DHs, partners/wives/lovers/friends etc etc.

I appreciate that it's a nerve-wracking proposition, especially for those who have never met anybody from MSE before. I've only been to one mini-meet before and yes it was scary, but I had a fantastic time...I'd definitely encourage anybody who's a bit nervous to come along...Old Stylers are a very inclusive bunch and everyone is more than welcome.

BargainRzl - have you found out anything about the pub's policy on under 16s in their premises?

There is also the lunchtime meet as arranged by Penelope Penguin - which can be "instead of" or "as well as" the Saturday meeting - see below (hope it's OK to quote your message PP).

Really sorry that I can't make this - sounds like great fun.

I'm going to be in London on 7th Feb, though, and Shez, Rzl, Musypeas and I are meeting for lunch in central London, at a venue to be finalised. Anyone else want to join us? PM me if you want more details.

    Penny. x

Oh my god, we are Trekkies who couldn't afford to get to The Final Frontier.
I may get there. Can we sneak in the odd bottle of Thunderbird, to cut costs even further.

It's in my diary and I am rather excited about it, although I'll probably feel shy on the day :o
See you all there (errr do we have a time ish when to get there? Or rather between this time and this time as I don't want to eagerly turn up, and it's just me for 2 hours... :o )

    Oops, I forgot :o

I'll give them a call tomorrow. With regard to what time we kick off, let's leave that until I've found out about the kids policy. If they kick kids out at 5pm it would be nice to get started at 3 so as to include as many folks as possible...

I'll also see if it's possible to reserve an area in the pub.

:D I'd love to be there, I'll try to make it. Nice to put faces to helpers!

I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...

I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!
