Thanks everyone, BIL won't do anything he's just upset and gutted like the rest of us. He's getting married in 3 months and KH was suppose to be his best man.
I've managed to empty the kitchen bin, gather all the crap of the kitchen floor and give it a good brush, clean clothes all put away and kids up and fed.
I'm planning on taking them to a play park thing today, i'm hoping to take there minds off everything and then i might go down to my mums later. I hate sundays because they drag so much and i need out of the house.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Oh Vanilla - what can we say - clearly HE's not ready to let this all go and move on so you must know you HAVE made the right decision. You're in my thoughts.
Triker - think it slippedmy mind - hope DD and her BF are fine and that the scum are caught.
Going to town to get a support bandage for my left knee -it keeps 'going' ... DS is coming with me 9to supervise choice of bandage and catch me when I fallhe bought me a barof chocolate yesterday!

Since my last post
Contents of mantlepiece, office floor (Ds2 helped), windowsill, 2 shelves and down the side of the stereo have been decluttered or packed. I've also given Ds1 a lift to his friends. I'm wearing an old tshirt and my comfiest pj bottoms , Ds2 is still in his pj's because he thought we were having a pj day and i was praying the car didn't break down on the way.
10 more mins and then i'll stop for lunch.0 -

Im coming Im coming..... can i be picked up from the house though it takes ages to walk to the end of the street
S'all right - I'll get a wheelbarrow on the way and pick you up in that.
Do they do giant baby grower sizes?
:cool:I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Been fighting with my network connection, but I really wanted to post after reading back a bit.
Vanilla - I hope you and your family find some peace soon. You've been through so much again in the last week.
Triker - hope DD1's BF makes a full recovery and they catch the ones responsible.
Valli - hope your cat turns up soon. Truffles wasn't there to great us yesterday, but she waltzed in well after 11pm and was very pleased to see us.
So far I've had a lie-in, decluttered the last few e-mails and read back a bit. Now it's time to make a move. HHC on urgent stuff (WM on, rubbish out, DW emptied and re-loaded) and then the bathroom. May need to get dressed as DS1's friend has stayed over and they're likely to surface soon and come in search of food.
No idea what to do for tea, either. Off I go.0 -
Oh dear - slept really late because I went to bed at stupid hour and then had one of those paralysing dreams, my own fault through lack of sleep
Don't know if anyone has heard of them or experienced them themselves but they're really not a nice experience
It was the first time my husband was aware - he woke me because I was breathing deeply, in my sleep I felt as if my breath was being sucked away - horrible but so glad that hubby knew something was going on and shook me awake. When you have one of these experiences you're aware that you are having it and are desperately trying to wake yourself but can't.
Anyway I don't intend to do much today - we are celebrating our first year wedding anniversary :j The year has flownWe are also celebrating 19 years of being together today
Hubby bought me a fab recipe book of whoopie pies - never heard of them before but they are little cakes with various fillings and look lovely
Might have a crack of making some today
I'll be back tomorrow for flying tomorrowHave a lovely Sunday all

jo congratulations on your win
Sorry everyone else. I have read all your news but it has vanished from my colander of a brain
I am busy researching iron presses and rotary irons today as all the ironing for the cottage is too much for DD. Mainly the time it is taking her. So we are trying to find a reasonably priced way of speeding things up. Maybe look for a discussion on here....business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
