Vanilla stay strong sweetie; today is real hard and the days ahead will be tough too but you are worth so very much more than this. Have you updated his support worker? Sending you all the strength and love you need x
Vanilla ditto what Dusty posted. you have done the hardest part and you know its for the best - You are a strong lady to have coped so far so you will cope from now on and probably better too (((hugs))) Dont let the joiner being there stop you in any way - think of him as your witness and back-up - get his stuff bagged up and put outside for him - dont give him the opportunity to come in - all his clothes etc - are the children ok? it must be hard for them as well - thank goodness your inlaws realise its all down to himself.
Hi Embb :hello: xx have you got a date yet?
Polly poor wee Meg - squishy hugs for her and you xx
Cat (((hugs))) for dogbot too - hope the Abs work

greenbee I dont think much of your plumbers if thats the kind of mess you are experiencing - I had my whole bathroom gutted at the flat and they cleared up everyday and didnt make any mess anywhere else.
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

Goodintentions, yep big change in name. I just know heart of hearts that i'm done this time, i've nothing left in me.

I wish i could cat_smith but i'm worried he'll come back, try and get in or do something to the house. He can change very quickly from calm to uncontrolable.

Toots DS1 is KH's mini me, he's confused and gutted to be honest. He keeps coming over to give hugs, he's such a lovely boy. The rest just ask questions.

LW i'm so lucky to have you all, i really don't know what state i'd be in without all the support.

Dinner on here and then hopefully the joiner will be out. There is suppose to be a plasterer coming tonight but i doubt if he'll turn up. I need to get my head down and get the bedroom finished.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

they did clean uo, but there was a lot of mess... And it was raining. They had to go through the hall, up the stairs and were using the landing for stuff... Every time they cut a tile they had to go out and come back in. They also had to cut into the drain. But yes, they were messy... But they aren't the only men who don't wash their hands properly :D

vanilla any chance you can get someone to stay with you tonight? You need to get the chance to wind down and sleep. Would offer my help but its a bit of a hike I think. Thoughts with you and (((hugs)))

lots of hugs and spoons seem to be needed on the thread today, possibly a few 's as well seem like they are needed. can i have a non alcoholic () cocktail please or a chocolate milkshake mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (guess what im getting in a moment? )

Vanilla everyone has said everything so much more eloquently than i could ever say. keep yourself strong and dont back down as you need to get YOUR life back and live for YOURSELF and the kids.

list is getting semi neglected till tomorrow as didnt sleep much last night, inbetween slug fest in my kitchen, a friend getting dumped and crying down the phone and bouncing up and down like a yoyo to pee i managed about 3 hours sleep in total which is now catching up with me.

Am disgusted though at the way this country is going with this rioting malarky. makes me want to jump on a plane and go elsewhere, but is it a case of better the devil you know at the moment with the world economy being as it is? it has made my master plan of life in the very isolated scottish highlands or somewhere equally as beautiful but maybe more of a nicer climate more of a reality than a dream as i dont want to be near anything like this. we shoudl have a flylady lotto syndicate in order to try win big :rotfl:

    Hello OnMyWay

we are (for the most parts) reprobates who looked at the US Flylady site and thought

You're more than welcome to fly with us.

my personal top product is scouring cream - like cif but there are shop's own versions which are cheaper. Use on pocelain (sinks/loos) trainers, greasy kitchen cupboard tops, worksurfaces, stubborn marks on pans, scuff marks on hard floors and more.
    Microfibre cloths come highly recommended.

Depends what you're trying to clean, really.

cat_smith no one staying tonight, i just have to get on with it.

Dinner done and DW has been emptied and reloaded. Wm finished for today and td on last load too. Once the td is finished i need to remember to close the window.

I've decided that i'm gonna take the kids out of the house for awhile tomorrow, maybe a play park or look for some school uniforms. DD got her list through today so i should make a start. Her new moulds arrived today so she's chuffed. :D I think i just need to get away for a few hours. Maybe even look at some wallpaper..;)
