Okay, anyone tell me what this means?Sigless0 -
It means that their server is responding to an ICMP Echo Request packet from your IP address. You can confirm that with "ping 91.223.129.129" .
What santer suggests about an entire domain may not be so far-fetched. They may have had to do this in response to a botnet DDOS attack.
That's just speculation - a phone call may get it sorted anyway.
[Edit: Correction: the fact that it finishes at 91.223.129.158 suggests that it is terminating at something else - possibly a firewall or load balancer]0 -

You think it's worth resetting my router?
I'll give them a call tomorrow. I assume it's not my software firewall because I've tried on different pc's.Sigless0 -
I am on Virgin and can access it fine; your tracert shows a potential routing issue leaving the VM network.
You can try http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to test sites in future.0 -

So, how do I fix it?
Or have they blocked my IP?Sigless0 -

Sadly you can't - it's not within your control, and resetting your router won't help, as it seems to be behaving normally.
Without being able to test from other IP addresses in your ISP's address range there's no way to know if they have blocked you or a whole group of addresses. Unless you're paranoid, it's more reasonable to assume the latter, though there could be other explanations (e.g. if someone at VM has made a mistake in configuring their routers).0 -

Thanks. i'll call tomorrow and ask. if not, guess i'll just have to change the dogs food.Sigless0 -
A while ago I had a similar issue with another website and O2 (my ISP).
I posted on O2 forums and help was given. Do Virgin have a forum where you could ask for help?
Good luck.0 -
