Just used a proxify and can access the site perfectly so they must have blocked my IP.

Why the hell would they have done that?

You should be able to infer that using TRACERT, as described here:

If you get beyond hop 2 or 3 it's not local to your router. If it's at the far end server it will fail somewhere around a dozen hops, though the exact number depends on your ISP's network config and where you are.
