Can't access site - everyone else can?

I've been trying to get on https://www.zooplus.co.uk for days now, keep getting 'request timed out'. I've tried on my desktop, netbook, HTPC and phone, all the same.

Yes everyone else seems to be able to access the site just fine.

Anyone got any idea's what's wrong?

Phone going through WIFI? if so sounds like your routers blocking the site (works fine for me)

Virgin media. So not going through phone. Tried wired and wifi but yes all through a router.

How do I find out if my router is blocking it?

You've really annoyed Zooplus, and they've put a block on your IP address on their server. What did you do to make them so mad?

Sorry, you already said.

If other Virgin Media subscribers can access it, then the common element is your router.
