Machargs - Nearly new car panels repainted.

Hello. My name is Joshua. I saw your post on moneysavingexpert.com about the Golf you bought at Machargs. I bought a Mercedes A150, supposed to be accident free and supposed to be HPI clear, in January 2012 and it turned out to be NOT HPI clear and it had apparently 2 HPI recorded crashes before we got it from Machargs. They also deceived us out of our other car at that time, which was a newer reg. and with less mileage and more worth by exaggeration damages to the automatic transmission to our other car.

I was wondering if you would be willing to tell me more about your experience with Machargs and if they told you the Golf was HPI clear too? Or if you have any other information you could give me or did you sue them at court and how did it go?? Could you tell me the name of the person who sold it to you at Machargs??

As I am suing them from 27-05 most likely at court and I could really use any information you can give me as evidence for the court.
