I've just received an e-mail to say that my order is at the store ready for collection.

had my none nappy order dispatched bought the cot mattress we needed and got two tiny love wonder wheels included with it for an extra £4 rather than the £50 thay are full price or £37.50 they are on offer well happy as will use 1 for dd2s xmas and have sold the other to a friend for £15 means cot mattress and xmas pressies has only cost £25 in total with discounts and selling wonder wheel

very happy just need them to hurry up with my nappy order dont know how much longer can hang on before having to buy some lol :beer:

I emailed mothercare about the mssing wipes in my order as like others i got packs of 9x56 rather than 9x63.

I got a reply saying they were all out of wipes but they would do this instead:

Due to the recent 3 for 2 offer applicable to this product, all our stock is now depleted and we are therefore at this time unable to make up the shortfall by dispatching anymore to you.

In light of this we are offering to return the charge for 1 box of 9 packs i.e 9.99 for the missing 6 packs.

Please advise by return if you wish to choose to accept this offer and again, please accept our apologies for this error.

What have i to do now? The email address they have used is not one i can reply to. Do they want me to return one of my boxes?

In a badly worded way it seems they are offering you a refund of £9.99 (the price of one box) to make up for the missing wipes. What they want you to do is reply and let them know. If the address isn't one you can reply to then simply copy & paste the contents of their email and send it to the address you originally contacted them on.

I'd accept their offer personally.

Thankyou,I am being a bit dense today and over protective of my boxes of wipes :rotfl:

I just ended up calling them and they dont want a box back just to refund me 9.99, good result This was a great glitch!

Just doing another order and have realised you can choose next day delivery for free too , damn wish i had done it on the nappies on sunday , as mine still not dispatched yet
