Have checked my account and my order has not been dispatched yet but the codes are still in place. Fingers crossed they don't get cancelled.Going to check bank now to see if any money has been taken from account.

I got a similar email as well, I didn't phone them though, I just left it and done a new order on my OH's account. I'm pretty sure that I put all my details in correct... I did wonder at the time if that was them trying to wriggle out of it :eek:

I wouldn't take much notice of what it says on Mothercare's site. You will get an email when your order is despatched and another when it arrives in store (if applicable).

As far as I can remember from the last lot of orders I did, the ones delivered to store shown as despatched first as they get marked on their way to store which takes days and ones delivered to home only change status the day before they are delivered. I had a few orders then and this happened but they both arrived in store and at home at the same time.

My guess is if your available date for store collection was from the 10th or 11th then this is the day they will be delivered too and change status day before.

I placed my order sat for home del but my store del date choice started from wed 10th so we'll see

my nappies have not been dispatched yet and they are for store delivery for tomorrow, i ordered trunkis using all the codes and they have been dispatched for store delivery

Yeah order despatched for home delivery this was the first one placed before I posted here, will chk my others now...... my other nappy order is despatched too but my wipes hasnt
