    I ordered 3 large boxes of Pampers size 3. They are being delivered to a shop. I requested delivery for Friday because I am going away this week for a couple of days. However, it has already been dispatched.

    I ordered size 5 pampers (junior) and am due to collect them in store on Wednesday and they are marked dispatched, the ones for home delivery are showing as not yet dispatched

    both my orders are despatched now (hooray!) but one item was out of stock, it was only a filler to take it over £50. Do you know if they refund the item amount or deduct discounts too?

    I placed an order on Saturday just after the glitch was found working on nappies and also one yesterday morning. Both to be delivered to store, neither have been dispatched yet!

    With mine they deducted the percentage of discount and the percentage of postage, then the discount. Works out fine. HTH :)
