Neighbour blocking my car in (on the street)

Even with one car it would be seen as deliberate, because everyone knows to park mm away from another bumper requires deliberate precision.
There's a few occasions where it wouldn't be deliberate with one car.
For example when a car is in the end space of a parking area and the space behind it is small, I'll sometimes park close to the bumper of the car in the end space knowing they can just drive out, if the alternative is to make it difficult for the car behind me to to get out.
Of course, last time I did that, when I got back some **** in a van had parked on the double yellows a few mm of the front bumper of the car in front of me.0 -
True, then you could plead that the use was reasonable, knowing that no one should park on the other side because of the presence of yellow lines. But to do this against a car not in an end space or a car without much room behind would be risky (assuming plod who comes knows the law).0
