    Hi,

Not heard anything from lloyds as of yet check bank this morning nothing has been credited....if anyone has received any payments from Lloyds please can you reply to this email as i'd like to know how long have had to wait.....truly annoyed:(:(

Did you hear back from Andrea regarding when you would be paid, I sent back my acceptance which they received Monday.

I sent an email that day asking about the rest of my complaint as letter I got was the standard PPI letter with no response to everything else I complained about.

I also asked when I would get my figures and when payment will be received, but not had any response to my email yet.

If it helps any, I should of received payment by the 18th august....but im still waiting, I have phoned them numerous times just to be told it will be with you by the end of the week, Then to be told it could be with me by the end of september...So as to when you will receive your money....You're guess is as good as mine.

I'm not sure if there is anyone else you can contact regarding these delays, But if anyone know then please let me know.

With mine, as I no longer bank with Lloyds, I had to sign the acceptance slip to give details of my own bank so they know where they pay the refund, it had taken about 28 days after they received my details.
I assumed it would be quicker if you bank with Lloyds.
Worth giving them a call to chase this up, good luck.;)

Just on this, how did they pay you? I've had to do the same, and sent the acceptance slip with my details. This was about 21 days ago, so hopefully i should get some sort of response in the next week or so.

Did they pay it into your account, or send you a cheque?

Black Horse say it takes 4-8 weeks after receiving acceptance before they pay. Not sure if Lloyds are the same timescales.

    Hi everyone,

thanks for your postings, i got an email from Andrea Barry yesturday confirming that the 21 days waiting period excludes bank hols and weekends, even tho the bank last wrote to me on 15th August with final response 21 days "working days from the then" is 14th September..............i never received an acceptance slip just stated in my letter that they will make direct payment to my account within 21 days of my letter...........this is becoming really annoying!!!!! as i put my claim in back in May 3rd 2011. : (

i am going to send Andrea another email asking her why an acceptance slip wasnt sent to me if this will effect my payment date also it states in th email that my complaint has been forwarded to the redress team and they will be processing this asap in date order. Has anyone else heard anything like this?????

You don't need an acceptance slip if they are paying the full redress to you, and advising you that they are paying it into your bank account within 21 days.
As for May 3rd, thats not bad considering that there are still some people who are waiting on theirs being sorted out from last year, plus it's only a few more days, keep an eye on your online banking if you do this as it just pops in.
In fairness to you though, it is shocking that it's taking them that long to make a bacs payment to everyone's account, especially if they've already worked out whats due, Clydesdale done it in two days after receiving acceptance form back.
Thanks to all the competition posters.
