Hi everyone,

Just to let you all know back in April 2011 i was reading all the successes on this website and decided to write a letter to Lloyds about some bank charges they added to my account, i explained my situation and how unfair they were with me sent copies of letters and statements highlighting...replied on 28th April 2011 saying they were refunding me £468.00 in next 10 days. i was over the moon and back. It took me just one letter.....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:rotfl::T:rotfl::T

i wrote to Lloyds TSB on 30th April 2011 regarding 6 of my loans i took out with them sending all my agreement letters highlighting once again where ppi had been mis-sold. The replied back "we are looking into this and send a how to deal with complaints leaflet...bla bla bla...i have pestered them now they have replied saying the "16 week" rule. i am now on my 13th week on wednesday.............just waiting eagerly......roll on 31st August....

Monthly rep was £96.16 (not sure how much i ppi i paid but looking at my agreement i had ppi on thi)
capital an interest on above is 88.66
    ppi is 7.40

    LOAN 3
    Loan amount was £1000
    Loan start date 22.02.2008
    APR - 24.90%
    Annual interest rate - 22.48%
(premium (cash price)£152.59 monthly rep was £12.49
in total i paid back £1321.18
assumed this paid for 2 years

    LOAN 4
    Loan amount was £2992.45
    Loan start date 07.05.2008
    APR - 18.30%
    Annual interest 16.96
monthly ppi was £22.59 x 29month premium cash price £534.31
    in total paid back £4323.61
    assumed finished 07/09/2010

Assumed no loan paid off another loan and no single premiums were rolled over into another loan

i emailed the CEO of Lloyds tsb saying if you say that with out ppi a loan won't go through then how come 2 of my previous laons went the through without ppi added on it, you guy are robbing us daylight robbery...so cough up now before the ombudman get hold of my case....you fibbers..lol lol:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
    LOAN 1
    £9.66 x 12 = 115.92
    8% on 112 payments simple yearly £410.55

    LOAN 2
    £7.40 x 24 = £177.60
    8% on 103 payments simple yearly £266.10

    LOAN 3
    £12.49 x 24 = £299.76
    8% on 43 payments simple yearly £82.43

    LOAN 4
    £22.59 x 29 =£655.11
    8% on 40 months £129.67

Total over payments ppi regular = £1248.39
    Total simple interest £888.75 (177.75 20% tax)
    Total gross £2137.14

There is some assumption made here. The data was a bit thin on the ground re single premiums added on to the policy and also had to make a guess on one of the ppi premiums. Also assumed no loans rolled into the other with rebates etc on any single premiums.

So you have a conservative guesstimate

Amersall what is it pick on me day

This is a minimum. Like I said dont know if there were an single premiums lumped onto the loans or if a regular premium only. If singles then you may recieve more. Plus have assumed that the compensation pays out this month.
