The Messiest House for sale Ever!

This has just come up for sale in the area me and my partner are looking:

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31063204.html

How can any sane estate agent allow these pictures to be put up? Sad thing is, this is a very nice area of Bristol!
My debts at 11th April 2011:
Virgin Credit Card - [STRIKE]£1,900[/STRIKE] £1,500 (21.1% paid off)
Nationwide Authorised OD - [STRIKE]£2,000 [/STRIKE] £1,500 (25% paid off)
Student Loan - exact amount TBC but circa £5,000

I'm on the road! :T

Because it's actually a nice looking house, probobly a bargain and a " unique opportunity to completely transform and renovate this characterful Victorian terrace"

The property is probobly a probate, that's how it is is, so that's how the EA has to sell it!

This has really cheered me up. I was just thinking how much I had to do in the way of housework this weekend.......turns out my house is a showhouse. Even with a 16 yr old son left to his own devices on school hols whilst I'm at work!! Then again, how much mess can he make if he sleeps till 3PM and stays out till 2Am. Grrr!!!!

I didnt realise cobwebs could get that big-petrified now!
  • Suspect it is a probate sale and no one offering to clean up! I suppose agents are wanting to prewarn viewers - might be better if they got house clearance bods in first

I really don't want to know what size the spiders are......

I think I can claim to have seen an advert for one on a par or slightly worse than this, but don't think I saved the details.

Probate sale? See pic 5 - open laptop and printer don't look like standard issue for a pensioner.....
  • wow, suddenly the pile of laundry that has built up in my flat doesn't seem so bad, lol.

I agree. It looks like intelligent marketing to show the pictures and attract the people for whom the opportunity to refurb is what they want - rather than use price and no photos to attract [and waste the time of] people who are looking for something in top condition
