Told them coupon said it was one per product, not per transaction and I had 2 of the product so it would need to be rung through manually, was very polite and cashier obligied. No idea if it was due to change of policy or not. Ive only been couponing for about 2 weeks anyway and have used quite a lot in Sains over the past 2 weeks. Have had quite a few issues with coupons not scanning through on their own, but they have always been honoured. Pleased they were as the ariel stain remover I was buying was the small trial size which was retailing at £2.27 and the coupon was for £2.00 so each one was only 27p :j0

I tried to explain this to the cashier, but she said she'd call the supervisor and the supervisor was having none of it, and insisted that it was now company policy.
Anyway I've emailed Sainsbury's and I'll post back their reply. I hope they say the supervisor was wrong, cause then I'll march in there and demand she come down so I can tell her.0 -

Right people I've just had the worse experience at Sainsbury's ever.
Went in with 4 coupons for the lenor, and 4 for the stain remover. All coupons were orig. and stated one per purchase.
Went to check out, and was told that Sainsburys, now only except 1 different coupon in each transaction. i.e only one lenor and 1 stain per transaction:eek:.
This is no problem for the stain remover, but ruins the lenor offer.
After an heated argument with a snotty nosed supervisor, she told me the policy change occured 2 weeks ago. I think she's talking a load of rubbish, but before I have my rant with sainsbury head office, I wondered if anyone has used more than 1 of the same coupon in one trasaction in the last 2 weeks, at any sainsbury store.
Thank you.
Hi,
I was in Sainsbury's today and used 24 coupons :rotfl: for Oceans Spray plus 2x flora, 2Xcomfort and 2x domestos without a problem. I also had 2 coupons for stain remover but they'd only accept 1. I had the same problem previously with coupons from SSM, where they only accepted one per transaction0 -
no-ones reported having problems FAL
been a while since i used it, can't even remember if they email it or instant printSo sorry if I'm being thick or have missed a post - I've not read through the last few pages as I've spent all day fighting with my router, coupon printer software and ruddy Firefox - but is anyone else having problems with Method and the Share a Shower thingy on FB? I've done it 4 times but it's not giving me an option to print the MOC.
OR is it? LOL0 -
dettol no touch £4.99 M , £5.24 B, £4.99 savers, £4.98 silver wilko, £4.99 W
Amendment to the shopping list please MT. I went into Morrisons tonight and the Dettol no touch was £9.99. I just hope wilko's is still £4.99 when I go tomorrow. I'll report back when I've been.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I wasn't normally a coupon person, apart form hammering Debenhams and Currys last Xmas, but this last month have saved a fortune thanks to you lot.
Just had my best ever day and for me it's massive - probably below average for some of you though.
Had to pop out tonight, so added to todays haul.
Got some Surf "Small and Mighty" (18 washes) for £1 per bottle using coupon - got 2.
On the way home, went to Morries and got 2 more (free) Grot Busters and also some CIF wipes for 2p and some CIF Floor Cleaner for 14p.
"Over the Moon" and stocked up on some great products, very cheaply.
Haul:
1 x Dove Conditioner and 1 x Shampoo from Superdrug - 49p
2 x Dove Conditioner and 2 x Shampoos from Boots - £1.28
4 x Magnums from Morries 96p
2 x Surf "Small and Mighty" from Asda - £2
1 x CIF Wipes from Morries - 2p
1 x CIF Floor Cleaner from Morries - 14p
2 x Domestos Grot Buster from Morries - free
So only £4.89 for all that, very, very pleased and very, very grateful for this thread.
No shopping what-so-ever tomorrow and time to chill now with a nice drink.
Sorry to see one or two having problems with some stores - best of luck with future couponing.
Well done to the "Big Hitters".

No probs. I was pretty peeved as I went in specially to buy them. I was going to get 10 and something for 1p and use my £6 off £50, which made them a lot cheaper than buying the refills. Thanks for the list MT , your doing a great job:T:T:T:T:A:A:A:ABe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
