Mine gone into the 'Pick in Progress' stage. Ordered 2, one for downstairs and one for up as both mine are knackered. They taken the money out, but i hope everyone ordered by CC just incase they need to do a chargeback.

Did notice the stock go from 25 to 0 all at one refresh, so no doubt someone put an order in of 20 or more.

its unlikely we will here anything definte soon - because no one knows exactly how the law works and they have taken money and gone into the pick in progress stage. I'm sure they will have to get some legal advice on the whole situation - its certainly going to cost them alot of money even to turn everyone down so they will lose either way - which is good as I hate how they have destroyed their customer services
