i have a small background in contract law here in ireland and i have read the T&C's and cant see anyway they can get out of honouring the contract once payment is taken.

would ebuyer be able to cope with a loss of hundred's of thousands?

I've taken screenshots of all the relevant pages and my orders.
If you are not sure how then do this:
File -
Save as -
Change Save as type to: Web archive, single file (*.mht)
and save as Ebuyer1, 2 , 3 etc. on your desktop.
It saves a frozen snapshot of the page as it is now and won't get refreshed!
