The status before shipping is 'Pick in progress' which is what mine & a lot of other people status is. It also says The day before your delivery is due (or in some cases sooner) your order status should advance to 'Pick in Progress' see you early next week then lol
even more, 'Pick in Progress' and that order line should be dispatched that day.

I cancelled my order before payment was taken.

I do not need a TV and would have to take time off to accept delivery.

Hi, I ordered the T.V at around 11.15pm when this was first posted, they took my order, they have taken my money, I have 3 emails all confirming this.

Now I just checked my status on Ebuyer there was 1 new message, there it tells me the item is out of stock, yet when i ordered there was 137 instock.

Ebuyer has done this 3 times with me all on seperate occasions, they did it with a Pc monitor last year, then with a hoover in January, and now with this T.V, surely they can't keep getting away with it, can they?

i placed my order about 20 minutes ago, received my Order Acknowledgement,
but i just received this email from them,

During the processing of your order we have discovered the item(s) listed above
are not currently
in stock to be dispatched. If the product is still shown on the website with a
lead time of less
than 99 days then it is out of stock, however if it no longer appears when you
attempt to search
for it or it has a lead time of 99 days, it is now discontinued.

Please note: At the time of this email the above product was out of stock,
however things may have
changed and the item(s) may now be back in stock. If your order status is
showing as "Payment
Taken" this means the item is available and your order is being processed.
Therefore you may
ignore this email.

Where possible we have already allocated any other items on your order for 48
hours (this only
applies to products held in our own warehouses). This gives you the opportunity
to remove/replace

but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions



yep, my ebuyer account page now shows payment has been taken and i also have a confirmation email.
