unfortunately there is some precedent - in an English case a contract was held invalid where an individual took advantage of a wrongly priced item. The law is pretty unclear regarding it still - and there has yet to really be a decent case on the law regarding terms and conditions and internet sales.0 -
For those buying large quantities of these bear in mind the cash WILL be debited from your account and NOT refunded for 3 days.
Just thought i'd point his out as it's the beginning of the month when most direct debit payments, etc are paid.0 -

In the terms & conditions it says ::
No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
1.3 By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions
I like many here have had the acknowledgement e mail also the confirmation e mail of payment taken.I ordered 1 telly and that is my contract with them.I have screen captured all the relevant info and saved the e mails so lets have some fun .Onwards and Upwards0
