unfortunately there is some precedent - in an English case a contract was held invalid where an individual took advantage of a wrongly priced item. The law is pretty unclear regarding it still - and there has yet to really be a decent case on the law regarding terms and conditions and internet sales.

In the terms & conditions it says ::

No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.

I like many here have had the acknowledgement e mail also the confirmation e mail of payment taken.I ordered 1 telly and that is my contract with them.I have screen captured all the relevant info and saved the e mails so lets have some fun .
