Dell priced a £1000 projector up for £19.99, needless to say they didn't honour it. The difference was though dell had good get out clauses and didn't take any money from peoples cards.

Ebuyer has taken money, and their own words are that a 'contract is formed once payment is taken'

Can't see them getting out of it easy. They will need to seek legal advice.
