    It has gone/deleted. All I have is the new copy and the email containing the key. That is still in the ether and not as yet on my machine.

    Finally got it to work. The tech people said to drag it from the downloads not save it to desktop first and it worked. I am sure it helped to save a clean copy too. Many thanks for your help everyone.
