I think they wanted to be first in the list when you search Devon.
  • I think they read "Interior Design tips that date quickly" and tried them all. I liked the water pump!

The £2.4 million one in Amersham also comes with a busy main road, busy pub 100yds to the right, GE Healthcare site 100 yards to the left, small office estate over the road, plus a view of the Met/BR line beyond the field where they hold several fairs every year. Bargain.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I know what you mean, there are towels all over the place, mess everywhere, not only is the lid on the toilet up, the seat is! There's a bottle of wine tipping over, stuff on the draining board and did the Chelsea banner really have to be covering the wardrobe!!!

    (No twigs though - bonus :j )

These people are obviously used to the mess so don't see anything wrong in it.

I had the estate agents ring me up about 20 minutes before they came round with some prospective buyers  I'd just got in from work so had a mad rush round shoving everything that was out that shouldn't have been, into any cupboard I could find :D. Sold the house though :).
