Even with no floor plan I count six bedroom descriptions!!
Very expensive to insure a 6 bedroom house. Non standard and bespoke quote.
Loft insulation was £250 for up to 5 beds and £750 for 6 beds or over.
My house is 5 beds plus a very large office! For both insurance and loft insulation purposes.
The insurance company at first said a bedroom was whatever the house was built with (hmmm so no bathrooms then and 9 upstairs rooms). Then when I pointed out that was silly as my original bedrooms were now bathrooms they said a bedroom was a room with a bed. So I have 5 bedrooms.June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

It has no living room on the ground floor and so one of upstairs rooms would need to be a sitting room leaving 5 for bedroomsJune challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

this place, nearer my kind of area, it's a wierd house. ll kind of upside down an roundabout but what gets me is the ceiling height in the onl interior pic. not a problem for me at 4ft8, but what about anyone else?!
Looks like a converted shed. There are six rows of them - surely they weren't built like that as houses?Give a man a fish, and you'll feed him for a day.
But give a man a fishing rod, and he'll sell it and buy alcohol.0 -
I'm loving this one - it comes with its own train set in the 'study'

This is what I picture my colleagues actually doing when they 'work from home' :rotfl:

Leonard: How can you walk around with no money?
Penny: I'm cute, I get by.0 -
