Picture 14 looks like the setting for some kind of creepy child weddingMortgage received 21/12/2018
Mortgage at start - £261,980
Current mortgage - £260,276
Saving towards a loft conversion first, then to smash the mortgage down!0 -

I'd go with that too. The 'operating table' is too short for humans and the hoist too flimsy.
The agent says: "Family Room/Office 16’9” x 9’0”
This room is currently being used as a utility/work room. It has windows to the front and side of the property, neutral d!cor, non- slip floor covering, a large storage area with plumbing, and a further cupboard housing freestanding appliances."
Surely, if the "appliances" are free standing, they're not part of the fixtures and fittings, so they're irrelevant?0 -

see pics 2 & 3 for a magic stretching sofa. It would be great to have one for when you have a few extra visitors.

Nothing overly special about this house, except it used to be owned by the actress Molly Sugden of "Are you Being Served?" fame...she also used to claim the house was haunted if I remember correctly!

Pic 10, did anyone think that pink thing on the bed was something battery operated device from Ms Summers' shop before looking at the colour of the TV?0 -
On a different subject... I love a splash of colour in a house, but I wouldn't want to use the toilet in pic 7 after a heavy night out!

That house has an ANTI ROOM. What's that? Is it constructed from anti-matter?0 -
