I really, really like this but it's a shame that they are having a laugh with the price - they've obviously improved the place but £105k's worth? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-27238065.html

(Also, "timber house" sounds like it would need some careful investigation).

£350k asking price and it's in CT Band B? Well, I know Stoke Gabriel is posh.....

I notice the agent mentions distances to Totnes, Plymouth and Exeter, but 'forgets' that Paignton is just over the hill! ;)

If you look on the satellite view, the old mushroom farm to the north with the 3 polytunnels made us very excited in 2002. Just before we made an offer, the owners looked into the abyss, made up their differences and took it off the market.

On second thoughts, maybe they looked into a crystal ball and saw prices were about to go ballistic...:rotfl:

We could've been neighbours. Growing [STRIKE]dope[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]mushrooms[/STRIKE] ornamental plants to service Totnes and Torbay :silenced:

It's back on the market. Just saying... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-35575207.html?premiumA=true

What did I say about prices there? Nearly £700k for an ag-tied bungalow!

Thanks for that. It looks as if there have been a few changes for the better. We only viewed places that were knackered and untidy, which is why we are where we are! :o

EA fancies himself as a true artist with moody, monochrome shot of the kitchen (pic 5). I think he's been on the Photoshop with pic 1 too, unless the vendor really has a white carpet?

Isn't it just a moody monochrome kitchen?

This is definitely one of the worst collections of photos I've seen:

    Sack the photographer!

And the employee who can barely write English. I suspect an internet "service"?

Looking at the area, I'd say that Eve's storage would be up the apples & pears. ;)
