With a bit (OK, a lot) of work, that could be a fantastic house - shame my DIY ability extends no further than changing a fuse as I'd love to own it.
Oh, come on, no excuses, the agent says fixing that up would be a doddle:
"The property is in need of simple refurbishment but would be ideal for family occupation or letting."
Mind you, it's the same agent who described my place as having been, "let go a bit."

This one is just round the corner from me and up for £14k more than the others on the street - surely a tube of grouting would have been useful in trying to justify the higher price. Picture 8, or is it just me that thinks that is truly disgusting.
