When I randomly put a place name and see evidence of cat - food bowls, scratching posts, cat loo igloos etc in the photos, I get excited and the cat(s) is/are no where to be seen.:(

I would go for the William Brown view, looks more presentable.
Although the other one looks a far better picture at the front of the house. At least you can see the front door in the Yates listing!

I think it's an optical illusion - the cabinet ends before the loo.
