Vendors that are selling their properties should make their rooms accessible from all of the doors available. Blocking a doorway (from guessing the hallway) with a sofa is going to put buyers off as it would make the lounge 'too small' for them.
The vendor could easily get that sofa into storage and get one or two armchairs of a similar colour and layout them in the room in a better way to make the room spacious. At the moment, it looks cramped.0 -

If you look really, really closely at the map, you might just notice a grey bit about 200m to the north. That is known locally as "Heathrow" :rotfl::rotfl:The interior is okay... but I would expect a little more kerb appeal for just short of 250k!
