I know why you say that, but it looks like the photo was taken from up stairs soo the hippo is actually above head height.

Nice flat, check out pic 7, I think the way they have styled the courtyard so it looks like pubes at the bottom of a shower tray is really going to sell this place.

I wouldn't buy it if occupiers HAVE to be buried there...
