I know this threads has gone really off topic as it's supposed to be about awful houses - but how about THISA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

The house I lived in as a child originally had no bathroom and when one was added in the 1940s (I guess immediately after the war, before I was born) they had converted the largest bedroom because it was at the back of the house where there was existing pipework and sewage connections so it was cheaper to do.
There was even a partition partially across the room so that the loo was hidden behind it when you walked into the room.0 -
