Interesting indeed. Norton's a lovely area (I would die to move back to Bury - shame there's no work).
However, the market has changed a lot since 2008. A drop of £15k is a bit unrealistic when many similar properties would have dumped twice that!The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

They bought it for £32k in 2001. I know prices are up a bit since then, but surely that's a very low price?

Pic 13 is a novel way of showing whats in the drawers of your study without actually opening them!!!
Pic 20 seems such a small heighted (is that even a word?!! :rotfl:) room, a couple of rooms seem like that, but I think you'd need step ladders to get into the bed lol.0 -
