Interesting indeed. Norton's a lovely area (I would die to move back to Bury - shame there's no work).

However, the market has changed a lot since 2008. A drop of £15k is a bit unrealistic when many similar properties would have dumped twice that!

They bought it for £32k in 2001. I know prices are up a bit since then, but surely that's a very low price?

Pic 13 is a novel way of showing whats in the drawers of your study without actually opening them!!!
Pic 20 seems such a small heighted (is that even a word?!! :rotfl:) room, a couple of rooms seem like that, but I think you'd need step ladders to get into the bed lol.
