    Also, in what way is it semi-detached? It looks terraced to me.

    In the description it's described as end-terrace, so it's sort of a semi I suppose! From the external photo, you can't really tell which bit it is they're selling.

    Ah, that old chestnut. End of terrace, but hint that it could be called a semi.

    You can't tell what they're selling, but the picture is of 3-4 houses so it's safe to say it's one of them (otherwise they are selling someone else's house)

    I worked in an estate agents office for a while about 15 years ago. We'd been giving out details on one property for several weeks before somebody pointed out the picture was of the neighbouring house (similar detached properties). It had been advertised in the paper as well. You'd have thought maybe the vendor would have noticed...
