I can tell you the residents are undesirables. As another poster said as soon as you hit the area you lock all your doors and get out as soon as possible. On a night it is a no go area.

There's a ginger cat posing like a little statue on the brickwork wall/left edge of steps in pics 1 and 8.
There's similar cat flopped out at the base of the steps in pic 1.
There's what looks like a black/white cat at the base of the swivel chair in pic 5.

Pics are hardly hilarious are they? Just your average rented flat with sloppy tenants - loads like it on RM, no incentive for the tenants to tidy up for the pics is there?

I'd love to know how you go about getting the Daily Mail to publish this sort of story. The have over 6 million unique visitors a day, that is an awful lot of people potentially viewing your property.
