Couple of things I thought mains water, electric and drainage are standard features in a town. Also it appears the kitchen only has a cooker and a sink so where do you store your food or put your washing machine?!I love this part of Wales and I would rather have this than the hideous house in Belgravia!!
I like the way the agent almost downplays the fact that it has famous former occupiers.

They may have owned it but it doesn't mean they lived there! I'm sure you could find plenty of vintage Laura Ashley in the charity shops round there from old rolls.0 -
Last year the crows opened a bin bag early on collection day and some of the contents blew into my garden. Among them was a letter from a bank, admonishing one of their customers for going well beyond htheir already high overdraft limit and demanding rapid repayment......
It was a local dignitary.
I think this was an ID proof blunder.

Laura Ashley or no Laura - I'd have to pass on that house because the kitchen is so small they don't even give the size of it - that's SMALL! It's certainly got lots of character - so I expect someone will want to step into Laura's shoes (errr...frock).0 -
Ever seen a cooker in a place like this before?

Certainly different. Not sure exactly how practical it is. Not my idea of an ideal location, thats for sure.
I suppose the benefit is that the sink is in easy reach should you set something on fire.0 -
