Gosh, it's horrible! For 750k I'd want a lot more for my money than that. Maybe by mod cons they mean that the cooker was used by someone who rode a scooter in the 60s.

Probably to keep them out of the bedrooms. My Outlaws still have something similar, although the dog died well over 10 years ago.

It looks like it only includes a cooker and I don't think you could fit a dishwasher in. On a side note I'm so glad I live up North as property prices are crazy in London.
