Probably to keep them out of the bedrooms. My Outlaws still have something similar, although the dog died well over 10 years ago.

It looks like it only includes a cooker and I don't think you could fit a dishwasher in. On a side note I'm so glad I live up North as property prices are crazy in London.

Incorrect. The checks need to be carried out by an estate agent "before entering into a business relationship or occasional transaction with them [customer]"
