How this property, which is basically three up and two down can merit 13 photos escapes me.
I am not sure where the garage is?
Just how does that so called floor plan work; especially in terms of the "master" front bedroom?
I has got no windows and the staircase appears to have inadequate headroom. Just what is behind the over ornate brown doors - I was guessing that there was a shower unit feeding into the downstairs loo's plumbing? However the blurb does not seem to say so ?
£139k in Wallsend ?
For less that 90 sq mts ?
I would rather buy the semi near Bristol - we have lots of ex council houses built to that design in my Thames Estuary neck of the woods.0 -

I've actually just seem where the house is, never in a million years will they get anywhere near the 140k they want. We've just paid 200k ((Yes in Wallsend!) for a 4 bed 1500 sq ft detatchedhouse with detatched double garage. I think we're under 500m away from that one. A lot of the estates round herevhave garages in random places, back of house, outside next door's house, 3 miles down the road......0

If you could move that somewhere near the sea on the South Coast, you might well get £500,000 for it.
Do you have the "normal" permitted development rights?0 -

You don't see it as a Welsh nod to multiculturalism, then?0
