I wondered that, as well as what the site fees are. I do think that it should be mandatory that such aspects are included in the blurb and that site ownership of permanent housing (not thinking of holiday homes here) should be well regulated.
It's a shame, because if such issues could be sorted out such places could be more widely available (as should micro-homes) and be an ideal ftb option. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? The most beautiful house and gardens I have ever seen. Compare it with what $6.5 million would buy you in central London, I know what I'd rather have.

I would want to pull my eyeballs out if I lived here!
It would be like living in a kaliedoscope....pic 15 of the landing would have me falling down the stairs!

I wonder how much it would take to do it up?
Wonderful location (apart from the hotels, apartments that have sprung up). Ah, those childhood memories!
I think I'd knock it down and start again. Actually being from Cornwall myself I'd move it.

Obviously very well loved and cared for, despite the acquired taste. Shame the same can't be said for the garden."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -

Could you begin to afford the bills?
I think the photo voltaic on site generation of electricity should read
77.5 kWp, which is the maximum that could be produced (and an industrial scale of production)
As it's God who controls the weather (*) and the angle of the sun that dictates the actual number of watts being offered at any particular moment, I don't think the "realtor" knows what he is selling.
I had a little campaign about a year ago against estate agents who advertised "gas central heating" in a village with no mains gas [but with a special government grant if they wanted to install a heat pump]
High time these people went on a "retread" course to understand the new realities of space heating.
(*) or thought he did until homo "sapiens" got in on the act. Sorry polar bears about the warm summer this year - we suffered too..0 -

Yes, it does look very clean and "tidy" (which can't be said for all the offerings on here!)
But, to be fair, most of the "acquired" taste will be taken away by the current owners and what's left is pretty easy DIY jobs.0 -

......Which just leaves the thornier problem of it being in Baglan!:rotfl:0 -

I just been having a look round the website pages and cannot believe how I missed out visiting Ojai on the 9 trips we made to California and adjacent States.
What a beautiful property, can just imagine sitting in there looking out them huge windows. What a way to relax
Nearest we got to stop off for nice places was San Bernadino and Lake Arrowhead, not too far from there. Must remember to drive Route 1 next time we visit CA.0 -

Whew...I was thinking "Well - look past the mini-Versailles taste:eek: and just check out the house itself" and then I got to the "diamond pattern" windows and instantly started wondering how much I would want to knock off the house price because that is WAY away from my taste and would also not be most other peoples taste either. Thinks...shall I go back and count windows to see just how many need replacing.....?0
