Has anybody ever seen their own house on this thread?

Mine probably ought to be on here.

Some parts are quite normal, but I have a conservatory with indoor guttering and a tin roof lean-to, where my predecessor milked the cow. :o

I cannot see any immediate problems with this one other than the price.
[Mid terrace - no garage? Yes it appears there is a rentoutable double length garage with a blue door a bit further east along the road?!!]

    New to the market

"Southerly aspect" refers to the garden not the front of the house, so bay windows will be a liability at this time of year. Check the bay is not trying to fall off into the street.

Bit back from the river but the riverside road is called "the embankment" - I wonder why. - check the flood map.

What, apart from 30 year old electric fires is the heating in this place?
Electrics may well be in a mess and the thermal insulation inadequate - is there space underneath to crawl ?

My son has recently bought something not a million miles different from this one.
