I'm not sure which is more bizarre - the price changes (see below from property bee), the "entertainment room" or having your own clock tower in the garden....
the house generally is lovely though - lots of period features.

Wow - the steady drops in price, followed by a hike in price of £100K  earlier this summer!0 -

Lovely puzzle.
(Answer, of course, is that there's a recess where the external door to the entrance hall is placed, north-west of the kitchen.
Or you go in via the conservatory and climb through a window (or sliding door) into the kitchen. )0 -
OMG! rather than accepting that the price is astronomical for the location, especially given the weird layout, the interesting bathroom, and generally anyone buying would probably want to change the decor, they have listed for the same price with a third agent.becominganobsessivesaver wrote: »Not sure this is one I'll be viewing...

That is really lovely, though the entertainment room definitely looks anachronistic to the rest of the house. I also don't understand why it has two kitchens or why that stunning arch window that looks like it has been reclaimed from a church hasn't had more done with it.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? We had one of the sheep, looked great, but the collie ran into it as didn't expect it to be where it was and DH had to glue it back together.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

Am I not quite awake yet, so have got my maths wrong - but I make that 3 or 4 (unrelated) people per bathroom/shower room (and that's assuming that there is only one person per bedroom)?
To me - that house looks like a case of "We've got a large house on our hands that we don't quite know what to do with - as it's too big for a family house and we can't find a developer to take it on and convert it into flats for sale or rent. So what do we do with it?"
But it's quite definitely top-heavy - way way too many bedrooms for the amount of kitchen available.
I feel so sorry for the neighbours:eek:0
