Refurnished? Desirable development? My in-laws live in the village and this estate is NOT by any stretch of the imagination a 'desirable development', lol.
Probably desired by undesirables as all their relatives live next door.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Excellent photos of the works truck outside, some plants in the corner, a pink cupboard door off its hinges, a sofa in the drive...
but the boiler in the bedroom is a feature ...A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
... and it does say it will be unfurnished, so you might even find that the sofa has gone by the time of completion!0

That has got to be the saddest garden photos I have seen; go outside and play in the garden whilst the nice man takes photos of my washingRational judgement, now, at this very moment.

This house was always known as the Crystal Maze house when I was growing up - seeing as they have carefully avoided taking any pictures showing their interesting greenhouse i'm guessing it's not included in the sale I'd be so disappointed if I had the money to buy this house and insist on it being included.

I wonder if the current owners or any potential purchasers know I sold this place to an axe murderer 25 years ago who killed his wife and daughter in this place in 1993?
He bought it for the drains, to put his chemicals down from his cleaning company, by the then garage (which is now the outside sunroom - picture 9) as they are hidden behind the gate! That garden is overgrown now as well.
I came across this as I did a postcode seach on my old homes to see how much they were now or if any of mine were for sale. I paid a lot less for this one 30 years ago!
I couldn't resist checking this one out!!! 1993 Murders0 -
