I wonder if the current owners or any potential purchasers know I sold this place to an axe murderer 25 years ago who killed his wife and daughter in this place in 1993?
He bought it for the drains, to put his chemicals down from his cleaning company, by the then garage (which is now the outside sunroom - picture 9) as they are hidden behind the gate! That garden is overgrown now as well.

The beach and watersports are good but there isn't much else to do there.
That pool would be used for about week a year being in England. If I had that money I would buy something somewhere warmer.
They are putting another Tesco Express where there is a declining pub with a lousy landlord/lady.

What a monstrosity from the outside - how did it every get planning permission :eek:.
That was probably my favourite ever house from Grand Designs. Looks traditional from the drive, lovely and modern inside, probably the house that converted me to loving modern houses (not that I live in one mind you :cool:). Stunning location, even if it does piddle it down all the time :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort Mortgage Balance = £0

I used to have that very same carpet -black watch tartan! My sister has a tartan carpet in her hall, different one though. My aunt says it reminds her of a hotel reception area.
