It would only take about £2000/£3000 to reinstate the drive and I'm sure you could negotiate that off the price or have it done as a condition of sale

Yes - this could easily be done. If the garden was larger this wouldn't be an issue (for me) but you would lose a fair bit for a driveway to the garage, and then the fencing would need to done again for security, making it appear even smaller.
I absolutely love this thread - trashing tacky houses! Having said that, I am the owner of a vase of twigs in one room!!0 -

The details say:
"In need of a full programme of repair and refurbishment" Then a little later:
"PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY TENTANTED ON LICENSE"
Who on earth would rent a place in this state?!!!
[e.t.a] Nice views though0 -

I wonder who's been transferred this year. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I can imagine people never believing you when you tell them your address
I so want that address! You can just imagine the response when you try and flag a taxi home though.. Oh I know it is Peter Pan, but if you asked for an address for a star without Peter Pan, you'd need a rocket ship. That's how it works in my strange jumbled head anyway. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
